This system enables workplace, educational or residential users to register their method of travel. It can also ask them other relevant questions such as, which site they work at if you are a multi location organisation.

The information can then be downloaded to a CSV file so you can analyse the data and monitor modal shifts.

This system enables workplace, educational or residential users to sign up and find other people to travel with. This can obviously be car sharing, but can also be a cycling group for example. Or even a remote workers coffee meetup.

A great benefit of this system is that personnel and/or residents can match with with people only from their own organisation or locality if necesasary. They also have options to search for their preferred type of people they will travel with.

And, as with the registration system you are able to monitor uptake and modal shifts.

This option combines all of the above into one easily manageable system.

A great benefit of this system is that all your sustainable travel data can be managed from one place.

With this option your organisation sells our systems to other workplace, educational or residential organisations, for example in your area, by branch etc.

Thereby allowing bodies such as district and county councils, national institutions etc. to sell the systems on as their own.

One benefit of this system is that each sub-contractor can login to manage their sustainable travel data if they wish.

Additionally you are able to add your own markup when selling the tools. Or charge a recurring fee for membership.

Each sub-contractor's system will be designed from a selection of our templates.

Costs and fees are on a per system sold basis as outlined above. However, we can discount the build and AfterCare fees, by a minimum of 10%, dependent on the volume of systems sold.

Dependent on the volume of sub-contractor systems sold we may be able to offer a discount per project. With sufficient systems sold, the sub-contractor could effectively finance their own system and generate a new income stream.

All systems outlined above are also able to have their own mobile app.

All of the sustainable travel systems and tools are on our dedicated server. Which is enterprise-grade and hosted within a UK-based data centre.

The server is fully managed and has a guaranteed uptime of 100%. Security, reliability and speed are all first class. Additionally, the hosting is 100% carbon neutral under BSI PAS 2060.

However, should you select the ‘Sustainable Travel Service Membership’ system option we are also able to offer your own dedicated server.

Should you wish to have a non-templated custom design for your system this will be an additional build fee. Any additional AfterCare fees will be determined dependent on the complexity of the project.
